Cotefield won the project through competitive tendering and design tailoring our client’s expectations to meet their budget. Works included conversion of the Undercroft car park into useable office space and refurbishment of existing offices and Reception area. New Toilets were also installed along with unusable Atrium space installed with structural floor to create additional Meeting Room Space.
